Michael Atzor had an accomplished carrier at Bayer holding multiple positions with increasing responsibilities at Bayer sites in Germany and Bayer USA. He was Vice President of Bayer Healthcare Engineering having worldwide responsibility for all biopharmaceutical capital projects. He also gained valuable GMP pharmaceutical operational experience at plant manager. Michael brings more than 30 years experience in strategy development, conceptualization, prioritization, planning and execution of pharmaceutical and biotech investment projects to Cilatus. Michael is a thoughtful thinker, result-oriented leader, and skilled in leading cross-functional and multicultural international teams.
Michael has also been an active board member of ISPE Affiliate D/A/CH and Chair of Community for Project Management and member of GPM Focus Team (German Society for Project Management).
Michael holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Material Sciences from RWTH Aachen, Germany.
